Free Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders nationwide with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Processing & Timeline Overview

Total delivery time is calculated by adding processing time to transit time. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) (Monday – Friday)

    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

    • Includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handed over to the carrier.

  • Transit Time: 6 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

    • Standard shipping via major parcel carriers.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7 to 10 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your unique tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for carrier updates to appear.

Shipping Address Corrections & Changes

Please ensure all delivery details are complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@alverawear.store. We can adjust your shipping details prior to carrier pickup, but we are unable to redirect packages once they have dispatched.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
